Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to novel compounds which bind to inhibit the activity of tissue factor (TF) and mediates a cytolytic immune response. The compounds comprise factor VIIA and an immunostimulatory effector domain. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds as well as their use in the treatment of prophylaxis of diseases or disorders related to pathophysiological tissue factor activity including cancer, inflammation, atherosclerosis and ischemia/reperfusion.
