The invention relates to agents and methods for the diagnosis and therapy of cancer and further to the identification of cancer associated marker. The following tumor marker were identified: Q14259 Enhancer of rudimentary homolog, O00151 PDZ and LIM Domain Protein 1, P55072 Transitional Endolasmatic Reticulum ATPase, P47756 F-Actin Capping Protein Beta subunit, P11021 78 kDa Glucose regulated protein precursor, Q9Y4L1 150 kD Oxygen-regulated Protein Precursor. L'invention a trait à des agents et à des méthodes permettant de diagnostiquer et de traiter un cancer, ainsi qu'à l'identification du marqueur associé au cancer. Les marqueurs tumoraux ci-après ont été identifiés : amplificateur d'homologue rudimentaire Q14259, protéine 1 de domaines LIM et PDZ O00151, ATPase de réticulum endoplasmique transitionnelle P55072, sous-unité bêta de la protéine de coiffage de la F-actine P47756, le précurseur de la protéine régulée par le glucose 78 kDa P11021, le précurseur de la protéine régulée par l'oxygène 150 kD Q9Y4L1.
