Zusammenfassung:	It is intended to provide remedies for liver diseases, in particular, via the inhibition of the occurrence of portal vein tumor infiltration (PVI). Thus, excellent remedies/preventives for liver diseases containing menatetrenone as the active ingredient are disclosed. These remedies/preventives are efficacious liver cancer, in particular, des-gamma-carboxy prothrombin (DCP) positive liver cancer. Moreover, these remedies/preventives containing menatetrenone as the active ingredient show a remarkable effect of improving the prognosis after the treatment of liver cancer and, exhibit an excellent effect as preventives for liver cancer recurrence. L'invention concerne des remèdes destinés à des maladies du foie, agissant notamment par inhibition de l'occurrence de l'infiltration tumorale de la veine porte (PVI). Par conséquent, l'invention concerne d'excellents remèdes/agents de prévention destinés aux maladies du foie et renfermant de la ménatétrénone comme principe actif. Ces remèdes/agents de prévention sont efficaces contre le cancer du foie, notamment le cancer du foie à des- gamma -carboxyprothrombine (DCP) positive. De plus, ces remèdes/agents de prévention renfermant de la ménatétrénone comme principe actif sont très efficaces pour améliorer le pronostic après le traitement du cancer du foie et ils sont également très efficaces comme agents de prévention de la récurrence du cancer du foie.
