The method comprises affinity protein purification; proteolytic digestion and analysis of the protein fragments by mass spectrometry in multi-well microfiber plates. The recombinant proteins are linked to a tag-peptide through a proteolytic enzyme recognition site. L'invention concerne des essais à haut rendement permettant de rapidement et simultanément purifier, quantifier, déterminer le profil de solubilité, déterminer la pureté et identifier plusieurs protéines recombinantes.
