They have an equilibrating action of the intestinal flora of the host human being or animal, as well as having various beneficial/probiotic effects towards the host organism. L'invention concerne des compositions diététiques et/ou pharmaceutiques destinées à être utilisées pour l'humain et/ou l'animal, et dans des aliments courants, à base de cultures microbiennes constituées d'espèces autochtones et allochtones par rapport aux être humains et aux animaux, choisies parmi des espèces de ferments lactiques, de propionibactéries, de levures et/ou de moisissures. Elles ont une action équilibrante sur la flore intestinale de l'hôte (être humain ou animal) et ont divers effets bénéfiques/probiotiques sur l'organisme hôte.
