Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a subcellular vaccine composition comprising a substance which is immunogenically-active against Brucella spp. and an adjuvant comprising poly( epsilon -caprolactone) microparticles encapsulating, in a mixture, the aforementioned substance which is immunogenically-active against Brucella spp. and different complexing and solubilising agents. La composición de vacuna subcelular comprende una substancia inmunogénicamente activa frente a Brucella spp. Y un adyuvante que comprende micropartículas de poli( -caprolactona) que encapsulan a una mezcla dicha substancia inmunogénicamente activa frente a Brucella spp. Y distintos agentes complejantes y solubilizantes. La composition de vaccin infracellulaire de l'invention comprend une substance immunogéniquement active contre la Brucella spp. et un adjuvant qui comporte des microparticules de poly( epsilon -oxépan-2-one) qui encapsulent, dans un mélange, ladite substance immunogéniquement active contre Brucella spp. et divers agents de complexion et de solubilisation.
