REGIONAL BIOIMPEDANCEMETRY METHOD

The invention relates to medical diagnostics. The inventive method is directed at increasing the accuracy of regional bioimpedancemetry and consists in transmitting sounding current through the part of a human body and measuring the voltage value thereof. Said value is used for calculating the impedances K of the examined regions of the body disposed on the way of the sounding current transmission. For at least one K of the examined regions of the human body, the current transmitted therethrough and the voltage value of said region of the body are measured in such a way that they are usable for calculating the impedance thereof. Pour augmenter la précision des mesures d'un procédé de bio-impédancemétrie régionale, on fait circuler un courant de sondage à travers une partie du corps humain et l'on mesure la valeur de tension dans cette partie du corps, utilisée pour calculer les impédances K des régions examinées du corps, disposées sur le trajet du courant de sondage, selon l'invention, pour au moins un des K des régions examinées du corps; on modifie l'intensité du courant circulant dans cette région pour l'utiliser dans le calcul de l'impédance de cette région examinée.
