Zusammenfassung:A process for alkylation yielding a mono, di, tri or polyalkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl ether of an alkoxylated mono, di, tri or polyhydric compound. The process comprises that at least one alkoxylated mono, di, tri or polyhydric compound, at least one reduction agent, at least one alkylation precursor, at least one alkaline catalyst and optionally at least one solvent are charged to a reaction vessel and mixed and that obtained reaction mixture under stirring is heated, optionally in steps or gradually, to a temperature of 30−180°C or to reflux temperature and maintained until said alkylation is completed. In a further aspect the present invention refers to the use of a mono, di, tri or polyallyl or methallyl ether yielded in said process. The process comprises that at least one alkoxylated mono, di, tri or polyhydric compound, at least one reduction agent, at least one alkylation precursor, at least one alkaline catalyst and optionally at least one solvent are charged to a reaction vessel and mixed and that obtained reaction mixture under stirring is heated, optionally in steps or gradually, to a temperature of 30-180°C or to reflux temperature and maintained until said alkylation is completed. In a further aspect the present invention refers to the use of a mono, di, tri or polyallyl or methallyl ether yielded in said process. L'invention concerne un procédé d'alkylation permettant d'obtenir un éther mono-, di, tri- ou polyalkyle, alkényle ou alkynyle d'un composé mono-, di-, tri- ou polyhydrique alkoxylé. Le procédé décrit dans cette invention consiste à charger dans un cuve de réaction au moins un composé mono-, di-, tri- ou polyhydrique alkoxylé, au moins un agent de réduction, au moins un précurseur d'alkylation, au moins un catalyseur alcalin et, éventuellement, au moins un solvant; puis, à les mélanger afin d'obtenir un mélange de réaction lequel, pendant son brassage, est chauffé éventuellement par étapes ou graduellement, à une température de 30 à 180 DEG C ou à une température de reflux qui est maintenue jusqu'à ce que l'alkylation soit achevée. Un autre aspect de cette invention concerne l'utilisation d'un éther mono-, di-, tri- ou polyallyle ou méthallyle obtenu selon ce procédé.
