SPEAKER FOR VEHICLE AND MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF THE SPEAKER

A speaker for vehicle and the mounting structure of the speaker, comprising a speaker unit (1) holding a speaker unit (11) and having a plurality of claw parts (13) and a panel member (3) having an opening part (4) and a plurality of slits (5) formed therein, wherein the claw parts (13) are inserted into the plurality of slits (5) and rotated in circumferential direction to install the speaker unit (1), the opening part (4) is formed so as to have a diameter smaller than that of a speaker housing (12) and at least three linear parts (41), and the slits (5) are formed on the outside of the three linear parts (41) and on the inside of the outer peripheral circle of the speaker housing (12), whereby the mounting structure of the speaker can be simplified, and the mounting rigidity of the speaker can be increased without impairing the acoustic characteristics of the speaker.
