Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides cytochrome 2C9 proteins which have been modified to introduce a proline residue at positions 220 or 222 of the wild type sequence which can be crystallised to provide high resolution structures. The structures may be used for homology modelling of other cytochrome P450 structures such as 2C8, 2C18 and 2C19, and for analysis of the interaction of ligands with P450. L'invention concerne des protéines de cytochrome 2C9 modifiées de manière à introduire un reste de proline à des positions 220 ou 222 de la séquence de type sauvage pouvant être cristallisée afin d'obtenir des structures à haute résolution. Lesdites structures peuvent être utilisées pour le modelage par homologie d'autres structures de cytochrome P450, notamment 2C8, 2C18 et 2C19, et pour l'analyse de l'interaction de ligands avec P450.
