Zusammenfassung:A high−frequency line constituting a switcher (SW) is provided with a switch circuit. A plurality of switch circuits are provided per high−frequency line. Shunt circuits (S1, S2) are used for the switch circuits provided at the same point. Reliability is enhanced by providing a plurality of switch circuits at the same point and simultaneously distributing drive circuits by the switch circuit. Input−output isolation is enhanced by a multistaged constitution wherein a plurality of switch circuits are provided at different points of the same high−frequency line. The facilitation of operation with a decrease in maintenance chances and maintenance stuffs, miniaturization, low cost, and speed up are attained by use of semiconductor devices such as a PIN diode as the switching device in the switch circuit. Maintenance and handleability are improved by introduction of a U link comprising a unit of switching circuits and their peripheries with rigid lines.
