Zusammenfassung:	A packaged product has a food product having an added liquid thereon, and a packaging article at least partially surrounding the food product. The packaging article having a seal layer comprising a member selected from the group consisting of a slip agent and a surfactant. The slip agent or surfactant causes contamination from the added liquid to bead up or wet out, respectively, thereby permitting heat sealing through the contamination with a lower leaker rate than would otherwise be the case. L'invention concerne un produit emballé constitué d'un produit alimentaire sur lequel on a ajouté un liquide, ainsi qu'un article d'emballage entourant le produit alimentaire sensiblement de façon partielle. L'article d'emballage comporte une couche d'étanchéité constituée d'un élément sélectionné parmi le groupe comprenant un agent glissant et un agent tensioactif. L'agent glissant ou l'agent tensioactif cause, respectivement, une mise en gouttelette ou un mouillage d'une fraction du liquide ajouté, ce qui permet de réaliser un thermoscellage à travers cette fraction avec un taux de fuite plus faible que ce qui serait obtenu dans le cas contraire.
