The elongated lance is used to clean fouled burner tip apertures (32) of an industrial furnace burner (18) without substantially disassembly the burner. L'invention concerne une lance (2) comprenant un orifice d'admission (6) destiné à recevoir un fluide, ainsi qu'un orifice d'évacuation (12) destiné à évacuer le fluide dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (4) de la lance. On utilise cette lance pour nettoyer des ouvertures de pointe de brûleur encrassées (32) d'un brûleur de four industriel (18) sans sensiblement démonter le brûleur.
