Une fenêtre vitrée transparente, pratiquée dans la paroi frontale du couvercle (30), descend jusqu'à la ligne de remplissage de produit à l'intérieur du compartiment réfrigéré, ce qui permet d'élargir le champ de vision du client. La paroi arrière du couvercle (30) comporte une porte de service (40) transparente et un châssis (42). La porte de service (40) peut tourner indépendamment du châssis (42) vers une position ouverte donnant accès de service au compartiment réfrigéré. La porte de service (40) et le châssis (42) peuvent également tourner simultanément en tant qu'unité vers une seconde position ouverte donnant accès au compartiment réfrigéré en vue de le nettoyer et de le désinfecter. Une lampe (80), destinée à éclairer l'intérieur du meuble est placée à l'extérieur du couvercle (30). |
