Cette invention porte sur des lipides cationiques, sur leurs procédés de préparation et sur des procédés de transfert efficace de substances moléculaires anioniques dans des cellules au moyen des lipides cationiques. Ces lipides sont compatibles à la thérapie génique du fait de leur stabilité et de leur grande efficacité de transfert.
