L'invention concerne un analogue de pâte à mâcher adapté aux confiseries glacées, notamment en termes de traitement, de stockage et de consommation de ces confiseries glacées. Ledit analogue permet d'obtenir des propriétés spécifiques de rhéologie des fluides, de conduction thermique, d'isolation, de vitesse durcissement et de déformation plastique lors d'un traitement conjoint avec des confiseries glacées classiques.
