Zusammenfassung:	A multimedia production and distribution system (100) includes an enhanced media server (115) and one or more enhanced media clients (120) for collecting or assembling a media production from a variety of sources, including television stations and other media hosting facilities. The system monitors the sale and distribution of advertisements within the network, and also collects metrics to invoice and apportion income derived from the advertisements among the network participants, including a portal host and/or producer of the content. A user can establish a template to generate the media production automatically based on personal preferences. L'invention concerne un système (100) de production et de distribution multimédia comprenant un serveur multimédia (115) amélioré et au moins un client (120) de multimédia amélioré destiné à collecter ou à assembler une production multimédia provenant d'une variété de sources, notamment de stations de télévision et d'autres installations hôtes de multimédia. Ledit système surveille la vente et la distribution de publicités sur un réseau et collecte également des métriques permettant de facturer et répartir les revenus dérivés de ces publicités entre les participants du réseau, notamment un hôte de portail et/ou un producteur de contenu. Un utilisateur peut établir un modèle afin de générer automatiquement une production multimédia en fonction de ses préférences personnelles.
