| Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a kit for a glycated haemoglobin assay, said kit comprising : a porous membrane capable of retaining precipitated haemoglobin ; a first reagent comprising zinc ions in aqueous basic solution or comprising a water soluble zinc compound ; a second reagent comprising a chromophore-boronic acid conjugate ; and optionally, an aqueous washing reagent ; wherein at least one of the first and second reagents further comprises a surfactant capable of lysing erythrocytes, and wherein said second reagent if liquid is acidic.
L'invention concerne un kit d'analyse d'hémoglobine glyquée, comprenant une membrane poreuse pouvant retenir l'hémoglobine précipitée ; un premier réactif comprenant des ions de zinc dans une solution aqueuse de base ou comprenant un composé de zinc soluble dans l'eau ; un second réactif comprenant un conjugué d'acide boronique chromophore; et, éventuellement, un réactif aqueux de lavage. Au moins un des premier et second réactifs comprend également un agent de surface pouvant lyser les érythrocytes, ledit second réactif, si liquide, étant acidique. |
