Zusammenfassung:	A fraud monitoring system (133) is disclosed for a communications system (100). The fraud monitoring system (133) analyzes records of usage activity in the system and applies fraud pattern detection algorithms to detect patterns indicative of fraud. The fraud monitoring system (133) advantageously accommodates transaction both records resulting from control of a packet-switch network (101) and those from a circuit-switch network gateway (107). L'invention concerne un système de surveillance de fraude (133) destiné à un système de communication (100). Ledit système de surveillance de fraude (133) permet d'analyser des enregistrements d'activité d'utilisation dans un système, et d'appliquer des algorithmes de détection de configurations de fraude pour détecter des configurations indiquant une fraude. Le système de surveillance de fraude (133) permet de s'adapter avantageusement à des transactions à la fois d'enregistrements résultant d'une vérification d'un réseau à commutation de paquets (101), et d'enregistrements provenant d'une passerelle de réseau à commutation de circuits (107).
