Zusammenfassung:	The method for improving the cooling efficiency, according to the present invention comprises the steps related to the opening/closing of the damper (5) that serves to transfer the cold air obtained on the evaporator (8) located in the freezer compartment (1) to the fresh food compartment (2), according to the temperature in the fresh food compartment (2) or in the freezer compartment (1) and according to the operation of the compressor (7). L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'améliorer l'efficacité de refroidissement. Ce procédé comporte les étapes liées à l'ouverture/la fermeture de l'amortisseur (5) qui permet de transférer au compartiment denrées fraîches (2) l'air froid obtenu sur l'évaporateur (8) situé dans le compartiment congélateur (1) selon la température du compartiment denrées fraîches (2) ou du compartiment congélateur (1) et selon le fonctionnement du compresseur (7).
