Zusammenfassung:The invention related to physical chemistry and can be used for the screening quality evaluation of multicomponent liquid products, in particular for analysing the conformity to standards of various technical liquids, pharmaceutical preparations, food products and biological liquids used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries and for medical diagnosis. The inventive method consists in determining the mechanical impedance of a drop (1) of studied liquid. Said drop is arranged on the surface of a piezoelectric ultrasonic frequency resonator (3) embodied in such a way that shear vibrations are exited in the drop (1) during the drying thereof. Thus obtained a time dependence of the mechanical impedance of the drop (1) is used as an informative parameter which is sensitive to the state of a liquid-crystalline structure of the multicomponent liquids. A comparison of said dependency with the time dependency of standard samples makes it possible to define the composition of the multicomponent liquids, to evaluate the quality of liquid products and to estimate curing efficiency of various medicinal preparations in case when the biological liquid is studied. By means of the inventive device for carrying out said method, the mechanical impedance is determined with respect to the amplitude and/or phase of the out-of-balance voltage of a bridge circuit (9) which comprises the piezoelectric ultrasonic frequency resonator (3).
