SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

A system and method for providing medication management via use of a network, such as the Internet, is disclosed. Within the system, a patient is diagnosed (102) to determine a patient illness and the prescribed medication (104) to treat the diagnosed patient illness. A medication compliance level (108) of the patient is then determined and the patient's medication usage is managed via the Internet in accordance with the determined medication compliance level of the patient (112). Dans ce système, un patient est examiné pour poser le diagnostic d'une maladie chez le malade puis une médication est prescrite pour traiter la maladie diagnostiquée chez le patient. Un niveau de respect de la médication est ensuite déterminé et l'utilisation de la médication par le patient est gérée via l'Internet en fonction du niveau de respect de la médication par le patient.
