The identification of these aging-associated nucleic acids and proteins have diagnostic uses in detecting the aging status of a cell population as well as applications for gene therapy and the delaying of the aging process. L'invention concerne la découverte d'acides nucléiques et de protéines liés aux processus de vieillissement, par exemple la prolifération et la sénescence cellulaires. L'identification de ces acides nucléiques et protéines liés au vieillissement a une portée diagnostique au niveau de la détection de l'état de vieillissement d'une population cellulaire, ainsi que des applications en thérapie génique et visant à retarder le processus de vieillissement.
