An improved method for preparing a lipid emulsion which is easy to scale and which produces a more stable emulsion with a longer shelf life is also described.
L'invention concerne un milieu de culture de cellules d'insectes sans sérum permettant d'obtenir des améliorations de la densité cellulaire maximum supportée et de répliquer des virus d'insectes dans ces cellules, à un coût nettement inférieur à celui des milieux disponibles sur le marché. L'invention concerne également un procédé amélioré de préparation d'une émulsion grasse facile à graduer et qui produit une émulsion plus stable à durée de conservation plus longue. |
