L'invention concerne une membrane composite souple destinée à assurer des fonctions d'insonorisation et de régulation de la transmission lumineuse et de la chaleur rayonnante. Ladite membrane composite se compose d'une couche fibreuse et flexible de renfort, d'une couche polymère de dépôt recouvrant la couche de renfort et d'une couche à faible émissivité collée sur la couche polymère de dépôt.
