Zusammenfassung:	A process for preparing highly functionalized polymers comprising the steps of admixing anionically-polymerizable monomers and at least one anionic-polymerization initiator to form an admixture of living polymers, adding at least one lithium alkoxide stabilizer to the admixture of living polymers to form a stabilized admixture, and adding a functionalizing agent to the stabilized admixture. Cette invention a trait à un procédé de production de polymères hautement fonctionnalisés, consistant à mélanger des monomères polymérisables anioniquement à au moins un initiateur de polymérisation anionique afin de former un mélange de polymères vivants, à ajouter au moins un agent de stabilisation d'alcoxyde de lithium à ce mélange de polymères vivants et ce, afin d'obtenir un mélange stabilisé, et enfin, à ajouter à ce mélange stabilisé un agent de fonctionnalisation.
