SYSTEM FOR MIXED FLATFORM DISTRIBUTING OBJECT-ORIENTED CTI SCRIPS USING XML LANGUAGE

A network-based system (9) for distributing object-oriented CTI Scripts includes, at least one source communication center (11) enabled with an object-oriented-programming-system for generating and distributing the CTI scripts, at least one receiving communication and implementing the CTI scripts, an instance of a descriptor-language-converter application installed and operational within the source communication center and an instance of the descriptor-language-converter application installed and operational within receiving communication center. The source center (11) creates the CTI script using its own object-oriented-programming-system, converts the object-oriented script into a descriptor language (XML) using the descriptor-language-converter, and distributes the descriptor language script over the network and, wherein the receiving communication center receives the descriptor-language script and interpreting the language, regenerates a version of the original CTI script using its own object-oriented-programming-system. Cette invention se rapporte à un système basé sur réseau (9) qui sert à distribuer des scripts CTI orientés objet et qui comprend à cet effet au moins un centre de communication source (11) validé par un système de programmation orienté objet et destiné à produire et à distribuer les scripts CTI, au moins un centre de communication récepteur mettant en oeuvre les scripts CTI, une instance d'application convertisseur en langage descripteur installée et opérationnelle à l'intérieur du centre de communication source et une instance d'application convertisseur en langage descripteur installée et opérationnelle à l'intérieur du centre de communication récepteur. Le centre source (11) crée le script CTI en utilisant son propre système de programmation orienté objet, convertit le script orienté objet en langage descripteur (XML) en utilisant le convertisseur en langage descripteur, et distribue le script en langage descripteur dans le réseau et, lorsque le centre de communication récepteur reçoit le script en langage descripteur et après interprétation de ce langage, produit une version du script CTI original en utilisant son propre système de programmation orienté objet.
