La présente invention concerne un produit logiciel qui surveille l'efficacité d'une entreprise de commerce électronique au moyen de la lecture de fichiers journal provenant d'une pluralité de tiers (101, 102, 103, 104), de l'envoi de requêtes à une base de données (109) et de l'interaction avec une infrastructure (107, 108) de commerce électronique.
