L'invention concerne un dispositif qui comprend un élément de support recouvert de tissu (10) doté de deux languettes en tissu (14). Des languettes correspondantes sont prévues sur un pyjama (non représenté) pour bébé. Les languettes s'attachent ensemble, de manière à permettre la retenue d'un pyjama dans une position préférée, et l'empêcher le bébé de rouler et de tomber, grâce à la présence de l'élément (10).
