Structure-activity analysis revealed that peptides and polypeptides can be designed to activate human PAR4.
Des membres de la famille du récepteur activé par protéase (PAR) induisent une signalisation cellulaire dans la réponse à des protéases. Ces récepteurs sont caractérisés par un ligand peptidique attaché au niveau de la terminaison amino-extracellulaire généré par une protéolyse mineure.
