The recommended route (62) is highlighted in a color different from other road segments on the map display (24, 54) and arrows (64) of yet another color are also displayed along the recommended route (62) oriented toward the destination. Ce système de navigation (20) affiche un itinéraire recommandé (62) sur un système de visualisation cartographique (24, 54) de sections de route, plusieurs flèches s'affichant sur l'itinéraire recommandé jusqu'à la destination finale. L'itinéraire recommandé est surligné au moyen d'une couleur différant de celle des autres sections de route portées sur le système de visualisation cartographique (24, 54) et des flèches (64) d'une autre couleur sont visibles le long de l'itinéraire recommandé (62) en direction de la destination finale.
