The antimicrobial compositions are comprised of the antimicrobial components a) an alcohol and b) a cationic quaternary ammonium compound, phenoxy ethanol and optionally a biguanide compound and c) a combination of surfactants that do not include anionic surfactants. L'invention concerne des compositions antimicrobiennes à forte pénétration présentant une activité antimicrobienne instantanée et persistante (de longue durée). Les compositions antimicrobiennes sont composées de constituants antimicrobiens et d'un mélange d'agents tensio-actifs ne comprenant pas d'agents tensio-actifs anioniques.
