L'invention concerne une composition et un procédé permettant de traiter et de prévenir l'inflammation et les troubles liés à l'inflammation. La composition est à base de glucosamine et d'oeuf. De préférence, la partie à base d'oeuf émane d'un avien qui a été hyperimmunisé avec un mélange immunogène et/ou qui contient une composition anti-inflammatoire.
