Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to special metallurgy and more precisely of electroslag remelting aimed at transforming electrodes into high-weight ingots which mainly consist of high alloy steels and superalloys. The inventive electroslag remelting method comprises the following steps: a flux is used, whereby the melting point of said flux is lower than the solidification point of the ingot; and a consumable electrode is introduced into a mould, whereby said electrode comprises several stems having a small cross-section, being offset with respect to the vertical axis of the mould. For the electric circuit of the consumable electrode, the power is equal to 0.1- 0.8 of the power in the mould circuit; during the fusion of the consumable electrode, the value of eccentricity is periodically modified between 0.1 and 0.9 of half of difference of the diameters of the mould and the electrode. The inventive electroslag remelting device includes an additional power source connected to the consumable electrode and additional power sources used for magnetization, which are connected to the intermediary and forming sections of the mould; said sections have through-reaching vertical slits filled with a material which has an electric conductivity that is lower than the electric conductivity of the material used to form the section of the mould. The invention relates to a method for refining superalloys by electroslag remelting, to a device and to a flux used for this purpose. The invention further relates to special metallurgy and more precisely of electroslag remelting aimed at transforming electrodes into high-weight ingots which mainly consist of high alloy steels and superalloys. For the electric circuit of the consumable electrode, the power is equal to 0.1-0.8 of the power in the mould circuit; during the fusion of the consumable electrode, the value of eccentricity is periodically modified between 0.1 and 0.9 of half of difference of the diameters of the mould and the electrode.
