A valve insert (170) is disposed in the opening of the bottle and includes at least one valve for controlling the flow of fluid from the bottle and an air vent. L'invention concerne un système de régulation de dilution (100) servant à diluer un premier fluide à l'aide d'un deuxième fluide et sa distribution. Le système de régulation de dilution comprend un récipient (150) adaptée pour recevoir une certaine quantité du premier fluide. Un mécanisme de valve (170) est fixé dans l'ouverture du récipient comprenant au moins une valve permettant de réguler le débit de fluide provenant du premier récipient et d'une soupape d'évacuation d'air.
