Zusammenfassung:	Zusammensetzungen zur Implantation in den menschlichen und tierischen Körper als Knochenersatz enthalten u.a. Calcium und Phosphor und bestehen insbesondere aus Mischungen von Pulvern und Anmischflüssigkeiten. Sie sind geeignet zur Herstellung von Calciumphosphat-Zementpasten, die bei Raum- und/oder Körpertemperatur aushärten. Die Reaktionssysteme enthalten eine pulverförmige Basismischung aus CaKPO4, Ca2NaK(PO4)2 und Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O. The invention relates to a composition for implantation in the human and animal body as a bone substitute containing inter alia calcium and phosphorous and comprise in particular mixtures of powders and base liquids. They are suitable for the production of calcium phosphate-cement pastes which cure at room and/or body temperature. The reaction systems contain a powdery base mixture of CaKPO4, Ca2NaK(PO4)2 and Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O. L'invention concerne des compositions pour implantation dans le corps d'un homme ou d'un animal en tant que substituant osseux. Ces compositions contiennent, entre autre, du calcium et du phosphore et sont constituées, en particulier, de mélanges de poudres et de liquides de mélange. Elles peuvent être utilisées pour la réalisation de pâtes de ciment à base de phosphate de calcium qui durcissent à la température ambiante et/ou à la température du corps.
