SELF-EMULSIFYING SYSTEMS CONTAINING ANTICANCER MEDICAMENT

The present invention relates to a stabilized self-emulsifying system, comprising a therapeutically effective amount of o-(chloroacetylcarbamoyl)fumigillol, a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a stabilizing component, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier comprises an oily constituent and at least one surfactant. The stabilizing component comprises from about 1% to about 15% water relative to the weight of the self-emulsifying system, an acid, an adsorbent, or a complex-forming agent. La présente invention concerne un système auto-émulsifiant comprenant une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace de o-(chloroacétylcarbamoyl)fumigillol, un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable et un composant de stabilisation, ledit excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable contenant un constituant huileux et au moins un surfactant. Le composant de stabilisation contient entre 1 % et environ 15 % d'eau par rapport au poids du système auto-émulsifiant, un acide, un absorbant ou un complexant.
