OIL-IN-WATER EMULSION EXHIBITING A PROTECTIVE ACTION AGAINST DAMAGES TO HUMAN ORGANS RESULTING FROM PEROXIDATION, AND THE PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF

Erfindungsgegenstand ist eine Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion mit alpha -Tocopherol oder dessen Stereoisomeren als Wirkstoff und Phospholipiden als Emulgator für die Erzielung einer Schutzwirkung gegen Peroxidationsschäden an menschlichen Organen. Sie enthält bei einem alpha -Tocopherolgehalt entsprechend hinsichtlich Wirkung jener von 1,48 g/l bis 30 g/l RRR- alpha -Tocopherol, 0-25 g/l eines i.v. verträglichen Öls und 0,25 g/l bis 3 g/l eines Phospholipids. Die Emulsion wird vorzugsweise als Infusion verabreicht und wird insbesondere zur Verminderung von Peroxidationsschäden durch Ischämie und/oder Reperfusion, unter anderem während einer Organtransplantation, eingesetzt. The emulsion is preferably administered as an infusion and is especially used to reduce damages resulting from peroxidation due to ischaemia and/or reperfusion and, among other things, during an organ transplantation. Cette émulsion présente une teneur en alpha -tocophérol dont l'effet correspond à celui de 1,48 g/l à 30 g/l de RRR- alpha -tocophérol, et contient 0-25 g/l d'une huile tolérée par voie intraveineuse et 0,25 g/l à 3 g/l d'un phospholipide. Cette émulsion est de préférence administrée sous forme de perfusion, et sert en particulier à réduire les dégradations provoquées par peroxydation, dues à une ischémie, et/ou sous forme de reperfusion, entre autres pendant une transplantation d'organe.
