Méthode précise de détermination de la quantité d'ARN spécifique dans un échantillon de tissus, qui permet l'analyse de produits de transcription rares, tels que les cytokines. Ladite méthode est basée sur une procédure modifiée d'isolation d'ARN, sur l'amplification par RT-PCR dans une réaction à une seule enzyme, sur la détection et la quantification, de préférence à l'aide d'un ARN standard.
