Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for establishing and determining the state of materials containing keratin. A sample is placed in an aqueous solution and undergoes enzymatic or chemical treatment . The substance containing keratin is then examined, evaluated and determined according to the turbidity of the liquid sample thus obtained. The invention also relates to suitable devices and means for carrying out said method. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Feststellung und Bestimmung des Zustandes Keratin enthaltender Materialien, wonach Probe in einer wässrigen Lösung einer enzymatischen und/oder chemischen Behandlung unterworfen wird, und anschliessend der Zustand des Keratin enthaltenden Materials anhand der Trübung der erhaltenen Flüssigkeitsprobe untersucht, ausgewertet und bestimmt wird, sowie hierfür geeignete Vorrichtungen und Mittel für die Durchführung des Verfahrens.
