De-icing mat with a pattern

The design is the features of the shape, pattern, ornamentation and configuration of the MATERIAL WITH A SURFACE TEXTURE PATTERN FOR A DE-ICING MAT of indefinite length and width as shown in solid lines in the drawings. The surface texture pattern repeats throughout the length and width of the article.
