Drawings of the design are included, as follows: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an ELECTRICAL POWER UNIT showing our new design; FIG. 2 is a front elevation thereof; FIG. 3 is a rear elevation thereof; FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; FIG. 5 is a left side elevation thereof; and FIG. 6 is a right side elevation thereof. In the drawings, the cylindrical cord and the square outlets are unclaimed subject matter and form no part of the claimed design. A bottom view forms no part of the claimed design.
