Liquid pipe coupling universal joint

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal pipe joint for liquid fluid in which a pipe installing work can be easily carried out even in a narrow space, a substantial cost reduction in pipe installing work can be attained, it shows a high connecting strength at a structure itself of the universal joint, a superior earthquake restriction and superior earthquake resistance.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a universal joint 100 for a pipe connection part in which end peripheral edges 12, 13 at a first or second fitting parts 3, 7 are formed at locations spaced apart from a reference plane T only by a length L by 21 to 23% in respect to either R1 or R2 of the maximum diameter lengths at the reference plane T of either first or second fitting parts 3, 7 toward a direction V opposite to a side where a straight line pipe part 1 is connected from the reference plane T defined in this invention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
