The stippled line portions do not form part of the design. The drawings show a design and one variant. Figures 1 and 2 show the design; and Figures 3 and 4 show a first variant of the design.Drawings of the design are enclosed, in which: Figure 1 is a front view of the DISPLAY SCREEN WITH USER INTERFACE in accordance with the present design;Figure 2 is an enlarged view of a portion of the DISPLAY SCREEN WITH USER INTERFACE of Figure 1;Figure 3 is a front view of a first variant of the DISPLAY SCREEN WITH USER INTERFACE; and,Figure 4 is an enlarged view of a portion of the DISPLAY SCREEN WITH USER INTERFACE of Figure 3.
