Zusammenfassung:	An electrostatic charge based additive deposition system that includes a charge transfer roller and a charging device. The charging device configured to selectively charge a portion of the charge transfer roller. A substrate portion is selectively charged based on contact with the selectively charged portion of the charge transfer roller. The selectively charged substrate portion then undergoing an additive deposition process in which electrostatically charged additive material is deposited onto the substrate based on the selective electrostatic charging of the substrate.
