Zusammenfassung:	A bicycle control apparatus is basically configured to control at least one shifting device having a plurality of gear stages. The bicycle control apparatus includes a shifting input device, at least one detection sensor and a controller. The at least one detection sensor detects the gear stage of the at least one shifting device. The controller controls the at least one shifting device. The controller controls the at least one shifting device to upshift or to downshift in a state in which the detected gear stage matches a prescribed condition, upon receiving the prescribed shift command is input via the shifting input device.
