Zusammenfassung:	A display device framework and a display device, solving technical problem of application limitation of existing display device frameworks due to an integral structure thereof. The display device includes: a rear frame (20) configured to support at least a display panel (21); and a front frame (10) configured to support at least an out-cell panel (11), wherein, the front frame (10) and the rear frame (20) are flexibly connected so as to be movable with respective to each other along a first direction (101), wherein the first direction is perpendicular to a display panel (21) upon the display panel (21) being supported. The display device includes at least the display device framework.
