Zusammenfassung:	A bumper device for a vehicle is arranged on one of a front side and a rear side of a vehicle cabin to extend in a vehicle width direction. The bumper device for a vehicle includes: a tubular portion, which is made of metal and integrally formed so as to have a tubular shape extending in the vehicle width direction; and a reinforcing member, which is formed so as to have a plate-like shape extending in the vehicle width direction along an inner surface of the tubular portion. A foamed resin charged into the tubular portion is foamed to be increased in volume, to thereby fix the reinforcing member inside the tubular portion.
