Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an antimicrobial composition that includes a) one or more C3 to C5 alkane dioles-1,3, b) one or more aromatic alcohols and c) one or more C8 to C14 alkanols. A preferred component a) is propane diol-1,3. Preferred components b) are phenoxyethanol and phenethyl alcohol. A preferred component c) is undecanol-1. Optionally, an antioxidant c) is present, which is preferably Vitamin E. In a preferred embodiment the composition is a concentrate and is suitable for the antimicrobial finishing of dermatological, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.
