Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an operation point of a valve for an engine during flight without an actuator.SOLUTION: In a system for blocking a plug valve including a plug 1 rotatable about an axis Y-Y and a blocking portion, the plug 1 is provided with an index portion including a first inclined base and a second inclined base disposed around a shaft and having inclinations of opposite directions, the blocking portion is provided with a first index portion and a second index portion 9 constituted to be selectively kept into contact with the first inclined base and the second inclined base, the first inclined base and the first index portion prevent rotation of the plug 1 about a longitudinal axis Y-Y in a first rotating direction, and the second inclined base and the second index portion 9 prevent rotation of the plug 1 about the longitudinal axis Y-Y in a second rotating direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
